Admissions
Benchmark Young Adult School is currently enrolling students for the school year.
The first step in the Application process is to review this web site to determine if Benchmark Young Adult School will suit the needs of the student. If additional assessment is required, please contact Richard Brimhall at 800-474-4848 to arrange an interview. To expedite the process, the following forms should be completed prior to the interview:

- Bronze Contract
- Silver Contract
- Gold Contract
- Graduate Program
- Medical History form
- Medications List
- Medical Release form
- Authorization for Health Care
- Professional Release
In addition, we’ve provided a full list of clothing and supplies that will be needed during the student’s stay at Benchmark.
Our Approach to Young Adults and Substance Abuse is detailed on a form in the Enrollment packet.
Please review our Location and Directions page prior to making your travel arrangements. We’ve provided you with detailed directions and suggested accommodations listing. (Please note that we have a separate mailing address that is different from our actual physical location.)
